Thank you for your patience as I update this recent add on. This in person class is suited for everyone, each student will have their individual physical needs met in each pose, which may include the use of chairs, blocks or the wall ect. This slower paced class gives everyone the time to explore the infinite possibilities in each pose. I use step by step instruction, repeating and building upon the poses as we go. Limitations are a fact of life, this is a great opportunity to meet yourself where you are with no judgement, and from there anything is possible. Peace.
